Rawon, One of Best the Indonesian food

In Surabaya, there are many restaurants serving rawon which can be found in Surabaya. from street stalls, famous restaurants, even in five-star hotels, rawon become one of the favorite foods of Surabaya city, even by CNNGo, rawon in the list of 40 most delicious dishes in Indonesia.


Rawon characterizes in his black soup, if not black, is not a rawon. The black color is obtained from the fruit kluwek or Pangeum edule, which is nutritious for our body.

Rawon usually eaten with rice, and served with bean sprouts, crackers. but often there are some sellers who offer salted egg, which makes it more savory soup. okay just this once, when I have time I will write again.
